​🚘 Tiger Rent A Car – Rental Terms & Conditions
​To ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless journey for all our clients, Tiger Rent A Car requires customers to fulfill and abide by the following terms and conditions:
​1. Verification & Required Documents
​National ID / Passport: Customers must present a valid National ID Card (NID) or a valid Passport.
​Driving License (For Self-Drive): Customers opting for self-drive services must provide an updated, valid professional or non-professional driving license.
​Proof of Address / Employment: An official employee ID card, business visiting card, or recent utility bill copy may be required for verification.
​2. Driver Age & Experience
​Minimum Age: For self-drive options, the driver must be at least 21 years old.
​Driving Experience: A minimum of 2 years of active driving experience is required for self-drive rentals.
​3. Security Deposit & Booking Confirmation
​Booking Deposit: Advance booking payment is required to confirm vehicle reservations.
​Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for self-drive rentals, which will be refunded upon the safe and undamaged return of the vehicle.
​4. Safe Driving Policy & Usage Rules
​Traffic Compliance: Drivers must strictly obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations. Any traffic fines or violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
​Prohibited Items: Carrying illegal goods, weapons, alcohol, or illicit substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
​Passenger & Load Capacity: Overcrowding or overloading the vehicle beyond its designated seating capacity is strictly forbidden.
​Authorized Driver Only: Only the designated/registered driver specified in the agreement is allowed to drive the vehicle.
​5. Fuel & Toll Charges
​Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level (or settled as per the rental agreement).
​Tolls & Parking: All bridge tolls, highway/expressway tolls, ferry charges, and parking fees are to be paid directly by the customer.
​6. Vehicle Damage & Accidents
​Incident Reporting: In the event of an accident, breakdown, or mechanical issue, the renter must notify the Tiger Rent A Car support team immediately.
​Liability for Damages: Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, reckless driving, or violation of laws will be billed to the customer.
​7. Rental Payment & Overtime
​Payment Terms: Full payment must be settled prior to the start of the trip or as agreed in the contract.
​Overtime Charges: Extra hourly charges will apply if the vehicle is returned after the agreed rental duration.
